Program Coordinator

Coordinator will be responsible for all the logistics (arranging food, speakers, childcare and locations) of 100 plus financial education class sessions during 2014. Position is also responsible for maintaining data base in Excel and Constant Contact, preparing invoices, monitor progress of work study students, preparing class materials, maintaining social media connections, and class registration.   High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 year's related administrative/clerical experience. Associate degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Strong organizational skills, ability to do on the spot problem solving, comfortable with phone work and cultural competence required. Ability to take the initiative and also be a team player required. Organizational skills and attention to detail required. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook), Constant Contact or other online data base, data management and social media.
