Part-time Enrollment Services Specialist

Provide enrollment assistance to students seeking technical certificates and degrees. Review student records and make decisions for correction to complete student applications and registrations. Assist with document preparation and the creation of files. Process assigned adjustments to student records. Other duties Minimum of Associate (A.S. or A.A.) degree or two-year technical certificate or two years experience in an administrative/customer service capacity or a high school diploma and five years experience in an administrative/customer service capacity required. Must have a passion for helping others. Must be able to comprehend complex information and explain it to prospective and current students. Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding customer service skills, and ability to work with multiple projects within deadlines. Applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
