1. Supervise the employment group employees as direct reports (3-4). Provides daily oversight of employment transactions and coordinates among the various HR functions and payroll for proper handling. 2. Post open positions utilizing applicant tracking software, online job boards and publications. 3. Maintain a recruitment presence by managing the recruitment activity on current social media networks. 4. Conduct research to source candidates through local and national recruitment options. 5. Create recruitment metrics reports from ATS and social media networks. 6. Coordinate with hiring managers to determine recruiting needs and proactively identify sourcing opportunities. 7. Manage background check process including finger print database and extend formal job offers. 8. Develop and implement training for hiring managers on the functionalities of the applicant tracking system. 9. Develop and implement training for hiring managers to ensure compliance with the EEO standards and employment laws applicable to the hiring process. 10. Create EPAFS for full-time hiring transactions and route for approval. Serve as resource to hiring manager on EPAF transactions. Additional responsibilities 1. Special projects as assigned. 2. Partner with compensation to help identify and resolve issues related to the recruitment process. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required plus three to five years of professional experience within an Employment or Human Resources function. Three years supervisory experience (two or more direct reports). Recent experience with employment processes and recruitment methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software. Experience with applicant tracking software.
