Do you see the order and beauty of God and His creation in numbers and equations? Do you have a love of numbers and mathematics and a passion for sharing your knowledge with youth? If so, you might be just the person we’re looking for! Front Range Christian School has an opening for a part time Math Lab teacher at our junior and senior high school. The position involves being available to help students with their math lessons; helping fill in gaps within their math learning; working with math teachers to target student needs; and being an on-call substitute teacher within the math department, so that student learning is not impaired by teacher illness. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about serving God and loving kids, and who is gifted at teaching Algebra, Geometry, and more to junior and senior high students. Qualified candidates must have a degree in teaching and/or a math-related field; masters degree is preferred, but not required. Experience in the classroom is a must and a Colorado State or ACSI teaching certificate is preferred. The successful candidate will begin immediately. This position has potential to become full time. FRCS offers a great work environment. Our teachers do more than just teach in the classroom; they are given the opportunity to mentor students, and serve the community alongside students to be a model of Christ’s love to the world. Our mission is to partner with the Christian home in training children for life and equipping them to impact the world for Christ.
