- Provide professional instruction for Continuing & Professional Development (CPD) classes offered through San Jacinto College including the Central, North, and/or South campuses as well as other off-site locations if necessary. - Develops and utilizes a course syllabus for each course, following established institutional guidelines. - Evaluates students by a variety of means to measure their progress in achieving course objectives and informs them in a timely manner of their progress. - Complete all required San Jacinto College course completion paperwork in a timely fashion. - Maintains professional relationships with students, colleagues and the community. Motorcycle Rider Instructor/Coach ? Pasadena, Texas INSTRUCTORS NEED FOR THIS COURSE: Motorcycle Rider Instructor/Coach needed at San Jacinto College - Central and North Campuses Instructors requirements: - Must be a high school graduate or possess a valid GED - Must possess a current valid motorcycle license for at least 3 years - Must be free from addiction to alcoholic beverages or drugs - Must be physically able and mentally competent to conduct correct classroom and on-cycle instruction, including technically correct riding demonstrations - Must have hands on CPR training from a nationally recognized provider - Must include copy of CPR and First Aid certificate with application - Must NOT have more than 9 points for driving offenses in the last 3 years on your driving record - Must have a "Ridercoach" Certification from a state approved agency (http://www.dps.texas.gov/msb/RCP-13A.pdf) Pay rate is determined by number of students in the class
