Job Description
St. Catherine University in St. Paul/Minneapolis is a comprehensive Catholic university with the nation’s largest college for women at its center. The Department of Mathematics and Physics invites applicants for a one-year temporary full time ranked position beginning in August 2012, pending budget approval.
Responsibilities: Direct interaction with students in lectures, laboratory, advising and undergraduate research is expected. Six-course, twenty–four credit teaching load to include calculus based general physics courses and laboratories, non-majors physical science course with laboratory, and other courses according to interest and need.
Qualifications: PhD in Physics required; undergrad teaching experience preferred; Phi Beta Kappa is an asset.
