Manager of The Gustavus Annual Fund – Institutional Advancement
Gustavus Adolphus College invites applications for a full time Manager of The Gustavus Annual Fund. This person’s primary focus will be to provide oversight and management for the planning and implementation of all components of the annual giving program to encourage continued annual giving, to re-engage lapsed donors and acquire new donors from alumni, parents and friends of the College in a manner that engages the highest level of ethics and fundraising standards.
Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage and motivate others is required. Three to five years experience in successfully cultivating, soliciting and closing annual fund gifts is preferred.
