Position Details:
The Department of Biology is accepting applications for a tenure-track position in genetics at the Assistant Professor level. We are seeking candidates who are addressing fundamental problems in genetics at the molecular, genomic and/or epigenetic levels. Areas of particular interest include, but are not limited to, the molecular basis of chromatin structure and chromosome behavior, regulation of the cell cycle, and the evolution of genetic pathways using genomic analyses. Participation in teaching, research, and service are expectations of this position. The salary, benefits, and start-up package are competitive.
