The Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations (CFR) functions as the chief strategist to develop and implement cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies for philanthropic support from corporations and foundations in support of University priorities. The Director will work closely with academic and administrative leadership to pursue corporate and foundation support nationally. The Director will carry his/her own portfolio of prospects. Bachelor's degree required Minimum 7 years experience of demonstrated, successful major gift fundraising and proposal writing experience. Knowledge of corporate giving structures and charitable foundation structures. Significant personnel and program management experience required. Experience in higher education and a national campaign environment preferred. Appreciation and understanding of Creighton University's mission and the ability to effectively communicate it. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
