Director – Energy Technology Program

The director would be responsible for developing and overseeing the internship and senior project courses for the Energy Technology Program. The nature of these courses would require that the person in this role have a serous commitment to the Ignatian Pedagogy that distinguishes the program. The director would be charged with expanding the Energy Program Advisory Board, enlisting support from regional firms with an engineering or an applied science focus He/she would be expected to identify external grant opportunities and make certain that appropriate applications are submitted. The director would be expected to grow the pool of potential corporate sponsors and individual donors in collaboration with the Development Office. The position will also involve the recruitment of new students for the program. Bachelor's Degree in engineering Minimum 10 years demonstrated of experience prefer 20 years Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to think strategically. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex plans coordinated with multiple constituencies. Impeccable attention to detail.
