  • Summary: The Department of Psychology and the Cognitive Science Program at the University of Arizona invite applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor faculty position in computational cognitive science or computational cognitive neuroscience. Applicants should have an excellent research record in a substantive area of cognition (e.g., perception, learning & memory, language, decision-making), and an approach that emphasizes mathematical, statistical or computational methods. Of particular interest are individuals whose work has applications to dynamical systems models, and/or modern neuroimaging techniques. An interdisciplinary, collaborative, perspective and experience with multiple methodologies is highly valued. The preferred candidate will have experience or a willingness to fully engage in teaching, mentoring, research and service.
