Typically supports a department manager(s) and/or a director level position. Performs clerical, administrative, and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature for department to include telephone reception, budget preparation, meeting, travel and conference coordination. Communicates with individuals across departments. Prepares reports, correspondence and presentations. Operates a personal computer and appropriate software. Resolves most questions and problems independently and refers more complex issues to higher levels. High school diploma or equivalent required. 4 years' administrative experience required Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to multi-task. Demonstrated customer service focus and ability to resolve conflict and deal with demanding clients. Ability to think independently and analyze problems and reach solutions. Ability to work independently and anticipate required work and self initiate projects that have periodic or cyclical deadlines. Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
